barbing barbie Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 People help me, im now at the stage of realizing n nagsisinungaling ako s bf ko para lan mag casino.. dati rati pa tong its tong its lan ako.. with my officemate, wud u believe d2 mismo s floor naglalaro cla, well nde nmn ako nakikilaro pag d2 s floor kc bz ako..pero naghahanap kmi ng place n pwde km maglalaro like, friend's house, ayun kmusta nmn wag matulog mkapag tong its lan? at dumayo, magrent ng private pool s laguna pra magkaron kmi ng venue na pagsusugalan? and now un mga kalaro ko sa tong its inaya ko cla one time mag casino ayun mga nahook ata... i wanted to stop na please help me.. give me some advice po.. markusbrutus Posted March 25, 2007 Share Posted March 25, 2007 mahirap manalo sa sugal.... kasi laban o bawi ka diyan. talo ka tapos panalo ulit. ang masama kung sunod sunod talo mo saka ka mananalo. talo ka parin. if you really can't stop to gamble try this>>>> give yourself a ceiling amount to gamble. once you hit that ceiling amount for the month di ka na puwede tumaya in anyway. for example, your betting ceiling would be a thousand bucks a month. then 'yon lang dapat. manalo ka halimbawa ng another thousand, then your ceiling doubles for the month. pero it should go back to the thousand when the next month comes. it's just control sis! First step you need to admit that your becoming addicted or addicted already to gambling and you have a problem. Having admitted that, you need to ask yourself what you need to do to stop. Talk to someone who can help you. Let it out. Find other activities you can divert your attention to. Casino wont do you any good. I've seen many people loose their lifetime work in few days in casino. Its not worth it. dont bring too much cash when going out. that way you wont be tempted and if you do, at least you dont have enough money to spend in a casino. Quote Link to comment
