Why So Serious Posted September 26, 2014 Share Posted September 26, 2014 In line with this constipation problems since hindi ako makapag start ng new topic.. kabaliktaran yung nangyayari sa 'kin. Every after meal hindi ko mapigilan na ma jebs ako.. it is a disorder or nakaka sanayan ko ng gawin 'to pagtapos kumain.. pag tuloy nasa labas aside from office at nagkayayaan kumain, hindi na 'ko kumakain dahil nahihiya akong after meal.. magpoo poo nko.. saka hindi naman ako totally may lactose intolerance pero kadalasan pag may milk na kasama yung iniinom ko or kinakain aatak nko sa CR kaya hindi rin ako kumakain ng mga carbonara. :'( Quote Link to comment
