mrbig86 Posted March 8, 2020 Share Posted March 8, 2020 (edited) Include plenty of high-fiber foods in your diet such as green, leafy vegetables, fruits, and whole grain cereals. Reduce the consumption of foods with low amounts of fiber such as processed foods, and dairy and meat products. Drink plenty of water. Stay as active as possible and try to get regular exercise.
