Smoking will reduce your stamina and affect your breathing - two things that are important for lifting weights - especially if you are a power lifter.

I was a smoker when I was 13-17 years old, and again when I was 23-28. I've been lifting weights since I was 15, and I can tell you, it affects your performance in general.

Still smoking, and your body is still strong?

What smoking can't do to you, it can do to your future kids.

Prepare to take care for special children.

Unlike marijuana, once you start smoking, it is difficult to quit. That's why some people prefer marijuana to cigarettes.
