yes this is 100% true and jeff was already named as one of the worst person in the world by Keith Olbermann, remember jeff's first tenure before he left WWE?the reason why wwe released jeff hardy in 2003 is because he refused to go to rehabilitation for drug use, and now that he is on the prime of his career, this thing happened, so much for a happy ending for jeff
