hitman531ph
More wrestling news: Darren Matthews (William Regal) has been suspended for 60 days for violating the WWE Wellness Program for a second time. His character as General Manager of Raw has been fired by Vince McMahon after being defeated by Mr. Kennedy. Looks like Raw is still trying to experiment whether Kennedy can turn face. Big Show joins Chavo, Dreamer, Morrison in a Singapore Cane match in One Night Stand. The match will determine who the number one contender will be for ECW. Big Show will do a comedy movie soon for WWE Films. Triple H will join Brad Pitt in a new Marvel Comics movie, The Mighty Thor. A tribute was made for Owen Hart after Raw went off the air. They could have included it in the broadcast but Martha Hart, his widow, does not want WWE to do so and also because of her low opinion of WWE. The company respected her wishes. Quote Link to comment

pau_gasol
in terms of mic skills, nobody can beat The Rock.. lalo na ung "It doesn't matter what's your name is!" ok din ung mga old school na battle raps ni cena nung heel pa siya.. Quote Link to comment
Great One
and noone in the modern wwe era has better mike skills than dwayne johnson... ...the rock! i definitely agree! Sobrang idol ko yon! Kaya eto handle ko eh. Kaso wala ng plano bumalik ng wrestling si The Rock. Showbiz na lang daw. Quote Link to comment
beastmode
Di kaya mali yung decision ni "The Rock" na di na bumalik sa WWE? Sa akin lang, the wrestling fans will always and still love/like him, hamak namang mas madami yun kaysa sa sa mga taong gusto siyang makita on the big screen as an "actor", baka kung kailan magbago and isip niya eh "Hall of Famer" na siya baka mas bagay na lang siyang color commentator nun. I would like to see him beat the hell out of the likes of MVP or Mr Kennedy.... or sige na nga, John Cena na rin... "Layeth the smacketh down on their candy-asses" 'ika nga... What a waste of talent kung ganoon nga. Healthy pa naman siya saka bata pa unlike Steve Austin na hampered w/ injuries and a pot belly... Quote Link to comment
NeverSayDiet
A wrestler's sentiment towards The Rock Cena, who has managed to combine acting and grappling, feels that Rocky has betrayed his fans by concentrating solely on Hollywood. Rock will make a one-off appearance at this year's WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony to induct his dad and granddad, but John told us: "He is a genuinely nice guy and a fantastic human being. "What I kind of get peeved about, and this is my Achilles heel, is that I've wanted to do this my whole life. "Rock falls into that category. At one point he loved wrestling and wanted to do this all his life. "So explain to me why he can’t come back for our 15th anniversary show or why he can’t make an appearance at WrestleMania. I wish he’d just show up, say hi and leave. Do the eyebrow once and get out of town."Simply put it's because he wants to be an actor and there's nothing wrong with that, because he’s truly found another passion. He’s good at acting. His films make money.” “Associating with sports entertainment doesn't do much for his acting career. I get it. "Just don't f*** me around and tell me that you love this. "That's the only thing that gets me really p***ed off."Our fan base have so much admiration for him, he's got to respect that. He doesn't give anything back." http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport...ticle849554.ece Quote Link to comment

Deweylou
Looks like ONS 2008 will not be good pero at least its not gonna be December to Dismember bad... Wrestling seems to be quite bland nowadays compared to the glory days of the Rock and Wrestling and the Attitude era.. Good thing there's WWE 24/7 sa Maxxx. Nakakamiss si Rock. Sobrang charismatic , he was able to transition from wrestling to mainstream movies. Personally I think mas pinili ni Dwayne Johnson ang show business kaysa wrestling kasi it pays more , it has more exposure and fame, and of course he isn't on the road for more than 300 days a year. Siyempre siguro sobrang ma stestereotype na siya as a wrestler if he still continues wrestling kaya he stopped it na for his movie career. According to the wrestling observer , daming nagalit na veterans when Cena did that interview.... Quote Link to comment

I agree but I think the problem is ayaw nang magrisk ni Rock kasi whether we admit it or not kahit scripted yan marami paring pwedeng mangyari and easy money ang movies para sa kanya hawak pa nya oras nya Quote Link to comment
