MODERATOR tamago Posted November 18, 2004 MODERATOR Share Posted November 18, 2004 WWE is thinking about implementing a rule in w/c new wrestlers must be at least 6 feet in height & must have a minumum weight of 225 lbs. the taller & the heavier the guy is, the better. but management is debating this "rule," because they don't want to be slapped w/ a discrimination lawsuit. also, many employees are worried that WWE doesn't want to take risks in hiring those below these planned minimum requirements. rumor has it that Batista will face HHH during the 4th & final week of the Survivor Series' winning team GM status. a new PPV will debut on January 9, 2005. it's called New Year's Revolution. this is by the Raw brand. Chris Jericho is included in the Iron Maiden's All Star Tribute Album, w/c celebrates the band's 25th year in rock 'n' roll. the main event for the Agmageddon PPV will be a fatal fourway between JBL, Undertaker, Booker T, & Eddie Guerrero for the WWE Championship. Joanie "Chyna" Laurer was given an award on the Howard Stern show for "Worst Singing by a Non-Musical Performer" for her appearance on the show early this year. Quote Link to comment
acidboy
Quote Link to comment

jopoc
case in point: Heidenreich & Gene Snitsky boring...<{POST_SNAPBACK}> although meron din na big guys na fun to watch like kane, undertaker, and big show, malabo na gawin nya yung plan na yun kasi marami din ang followers ng cruiserweight. sayang sina paul london, billy kidman, and of course, mysterio. TNA has better cruiserweight action.they should stop focusing on Rey Mysterio, unless he shows more moves like when he was in WCW. pare parehas na lang moves nya ngayon. Paul London & Billy Kidman are great cruiserweights. the spotlight should be focused on them.sayang din si Ultimo Dragon. i think he's better than Rey Mysterio.FYI, Rey Mysterio is no longer interested in the Cruiserweight Championship, hence his loss at Survivor Series. looks like he's gunning for the bigger titles like the US Championship or the WWE Championship Quote Link to comment

acidboy
I got this answer from a wrestling Q&A site Matt asks: This might seem like a trivial question but I was wondering what is the purpose of that white rope that hangs from the top turnbuckle that the wrestlers seem to hold on to during tag team matches? WK: That is the "tag rope," and it was introduced decades ago as a way to keep tag team wrestlers standing in their corner rather than running the perimeter of the ring apron to reach for a tag to their partner. Legally, they aren't allowed to make a tag unless they are holding onto that tag rope. :upside: Quote Link to comment

There must be other threads out there that would interest you. For Sanobabeats:CCC recently lost the US Title to Cena on Smackdown and will be away for a while (to cover for a recent injury).
