si Y2J & si edge ang may alitan ngayon. it started at the battle royal (where orton won), when jericho eliminated edge. they will meet at summerslam in triple threat match w/ batista for the IC championship

Brock Lesnar is impressing people in the minnesota vikings camp, but he isn't making any friends in the other teams. during the scrimmage wherein the rules say to avoid major contact & violent tackles, yet he blantantly broke the rules by sacking up Kansan City Chiefs backup QB Damon Huard. in another incident against the Chiefs, he tackled 1 player, prompting another Chief to go off the bench & shoved Lesnar. they started getting it on & the 2 had to be restrained by their respective teams

Lesnar really has the makings of a heel, huh?

JBL will probably retain the championship at summerslam against the Undertaker. rumor has it that John Heidenreich & Paul Heyman will interfere, causing the Deadman the title & the start of their feud.

Randy Orton will most likely win the championship against Benoit. this will set the stage for WM 21 w/ him defending the title against HHH. it's still unknown what will happen at their match. plans are that Edge will cost Benoit the title, w/c will start their feud. but everything's too early to tell. the writers hav a knack of changing things at the last minute.

case in point: HHH's match against Booker T at WM 19. Booker T was suppose to win the championship. but at the last minute, the writers changed the script (rumor has it HHH had something to do w/ the change).

Sakoda was fired cuz WWE management gave up on his wrestling ability. Sakoda had a back injury but tried his best to work around it. unfortunately, it wasn't good enough for WWE so they had to let him go. other wrestlers were disappointed w/ this, cuz they knew Sakoda had put in a lot of effort despite his injury.

Bill Goldberg & Kevin Nash are appearing in "The Longest Yard" movie, but Steve Austin has changed his mind about appearing in the film. but it is still not clear whether he will push through w/ his involement in the fil or not.

HBK might return at summerslam. he might get involved in the match of Kane & Matt Hardy.

not wrestling news, but just in case you're interested: Bob Sapp of K-1 (he actually tried pro wrestling in WCW but didn't last long) will appear in "The Transporter 2"

i share the same sentiments as u. too early nga for orton. as for the RKO, oo nga. it's like a variation of the stunner. pero i like the Diamond Cutter ni DDP. so many variations yun. kahit off the top rope, nagagawa nya yun (he did that to Psychosis in a WCW match). if you look at it, the RKO IS a Diamond Cutter.

it doesn't matter what you call it, as long as it gets the job done. the Sharpshooter & the Scorpio Deathlock (Sting's finishing manuever) are the same, as well as the Rock Bottom & the Bookend. so's the Spear & the Gore.

steiner is still in the WWE but he is on the injured list. but WWE has no plans of renewing his contract, so they will let it expire while he's injured.

bret might come back. he & mcmahon are on speaking terms already, & WWE might produce a DVD featuring bret.

x-pac is indeed trying to make a comeback & is indeed in rehab (for addiction to painkillers ala Michael Jackson)

as for HBK making an appearance in Playgirl, i have absolutely no idea about that. but i have no intention of finding out. i rather read hustler hehehe

hmmm... i'd like to edit something. scott stiener is indeed no longer w/ the WWE. sayang talaga sya. he was such a great heel in WCW. unfortunately, WWE couldn't find a good script for him

Rena Mero aka Sable is no longer w/ the WWE. The management wasn't please after she made some comments in a recent interview about the WWE being sexist. She was released despite having 2 more yrs in her contract.

re: scott steiner, isa nanamang case of mcmahon hack job vs a wcw worker? although galing wwf si steiner noon, sumikat talaga siya sa wcw nung na-repackage siya, kahit nga naman walang kakwenta-kwenta wrestling moves niya. pero ang dami rin namang wwe properties din na walang kwentang talent pero pinursigi talaga ni mcmahon.

 

re: bret hart, sa tingin ko usapang negotiations lang sila ni mcmahon tungkol sa rights ng mga videos and archives na kasama si bret hart. ilang beses na rin sinabi ni bret hart na hindi na siya babalik dahil hindi raw 100% ang mabibigay niya sa mga fans kung bumalik siya kaya unfair daw yun. pera lang talaga usapan ng mga yan.

remember there was a storyline in w/c if he didn't defeat Eddie Guerrero, he would quit? well, he lost his match, so he "quit."

the truth is, he's tending to injuries that he has sustained from a long WWE run. he has been asking for a break after WM XX, but management has refused cuz of the shortage of wrestlers & heels in the SD! roster. but i guess the management has allowed him, so they made this "i quit" storyline. he's suppose to make a return after Summerslam.

Matt Hardy isn't keen on the ongoing Diva Search. he feels that girls have to prove themselves to be a WWE Diva in the ring, not through a contest.

Sable was released cuz she wanted a reduced schedule, but WWE didn't want that, w/c led to her being fired. many felt that she wouldn't have really been released, but since they couldn't come to an agreement, plus the fact that she made some anti-WWE comments, & she's dating Brock Lesnar (who also made some anti-wrestling statements)... she had to go.
