Kaso di kitapwede ireto at busy yunmag trainfor ironman na. . Ganda sana nun. Are you working na ba? If so, anong days ka pwede tumakbo? Kahit wala kang running buddy, i encourage you to run pa rin sir. Minsan kasi,mas maigi pa yung solo solo runs lang, mas nakukuha mo ang tamang pacing para sa katawan mo. Tapos sa mga races, magiging suplado ka rin, gaya ng mga kakilala ko dito. waaaaaahhh nde pa ako handa.. haha sa condura ko pa sana balak mag full marathon ehpero if minor lang tong ankle injury ko at kaya ipahinga, then makakuha ng magandang mileage sa practice.. pwede! kelan ba RUPM? @philcute007 -- let's see if meron tayo member dito na malapit sa area mo October ata RUPM. october kasi last year e. pabagalan na lang tayo sa full marathon matin. Hehe Yung mabibilis at mauuna sa finish line, sila magpapa runner's meal! Pagalingin na yang ankle na yan. See a therapist po. Or have it x-rayed and show the film to an ortho doc. Though i have not really ran dyan sa manila without an official race or run so i do ot know how the foot traffic nor the cars that are plying along the roads. Ingat ingat na lang siguro. Grabe ang uphill at siguradong basagan na tuhod at ubusan ng hangin but it was fun though. Okay naman ang mga hydrations stations and they see to it kung saang area talaga dapat meron. The organizers were also hands-on. A traditional event meaning to timing device, they will just list down BIB #'s and they give straw strings on every U-turn. Adidas King of the Road 2013 FR: The Bad: the race kit claiming. well kaya nga sila nagkagulo dahil sa race kit claiming. the giveaway claiming (bodyspray/body care) very long lines The good: nice weather.nice warm up at the start linenice crowd (with celebrity sightings)cold water.may mga cheerers along the route.a very nice medal to add to my collections. yup, bumawi sa race day ang Adidas. overall: 8/10 need to recover para makapag-training sa Milo 21km... dami kong body pains, na ikinahihirap ko umakyat ng hagdan...
