Sampaloc Manila!

 

Ohhh... Yung doctor friend ko na nag encourage sakin mag run run, taga dyan sa dapitan. Kaso di kitapwede ireto at busy yunmag trainfor ironman na. :D. Ganda sana nun. ;)

 

Are you working na ba? If so, anong days ka pwede tumakbo?

Kahit wala kang running buddy, i encourage you to run pa rin sir. :)

 

Minsan kasi,mas maigi pa yung solo solo runs lang, mas nakukuha mo ang tamang pacing para sa katawan mo. :)

 

Tapos sa mga races, magiging suplado ka rin, gaya ng mga kakilala ko dito. :D

 

waaaaaahhh nde pa ako handa.. haha :lol:

sa condura ko pa sana balak mag full marathon eh

pero if minor lang tong ankle injury ko at kaya ipahinga, then makakuha ng magandang mileage sa practice.. pwede! kelan ba RUPM?

 

@philcute007 -- let's see if meron tayo member dito na malapit sa area mo :D

October ata RUPM. october kasi last year e. pabagalan na lang tayo sa full marathon matin. Hehe

 

Yung mabibilis at mauuna sa finish line, sila magpapa runner's meal! :D

Pagalingin na yang ankle na yan. See a therapist po. Or have it x-rayed and show the film to an ortho doc. Baka ipit ipit na ligaments/veins yan. Kaya yan ng physical therapist, im sure. :)

-- wala bang belated happy birthday meal para sa runners? hahaha hihintayin ka namin makatapos.

 

@philcute -- sa MOA at Roxas boulevard ang playground ko.

 

@ ppdd -- makinig sa advise ng nurse --- SEE A THERAPIST. hahahaha :lol: :lol:

Mag 10k distance lang ako sa naga elims. Won't be joining the manila elims na lang rin muna. Wala akong mileage e. :)).

 

Actually, takot lang ako ma DNF. Hehe:lol:

yun nga din nasa isip ko takot din akong ma DNF lalo pa rin wala sa kondisyon at panahon pa ng tag ulan kaya hindi makapag LSD na mi-miss ko nang mag LSD.

Seafarer po ko! and on vacation since january and i need to reduce some weight1 and ang pagtakbo po ata ang best way to get rid the EXTRA PACKAGE!

awwts, ako pa niyaya mo sa mga ganun hindi na nga ako nag pupunta dun.ph34r.gifnaging busy lang talaga ako sa work, at balik loob sa photography, plus jogging pa din last run ko yung half trail run exp ko. hindi ako umabot sa registration ng KOTR. siguro sa MILO na lang ako babawi.smile.gif

Seafarer po ko! and on vacation since january and i need to reduce some weight1 and ang pagtakbo po ata ang best way to get rid the EXTRA PACKAGE!

Well, yeah, sure. Takbo takbo lang to ccp every morning siguro. Though i have not really ran dyan sa manila without an official race or run so i do ot know how the foot traffic nor the cars that are plying along the roads. :)

 

Ingat ingat na lang siguro. Pagdating mo na lang ng ccp ka humataw if ever. :)

Los Baños Uphill Challenge

 

FR:

 

It was a great and challenging run. Grabe ang uphill at siguradong basagan na tuhod at ubusan ng hangin but it was fun though. Okay naman ang mga hydrations stations and they see to it kung saang area talaga dapat meron. The organizers were also hands-on. A traditional event meaning to timing device, they will just list down BIB #'s and they give straw strings on every U-turn.

 

Overall: 8

Time: 2:32

Distance: 21km

FR:

 

The Bad:

the race kit claiming. well kaya nga sila nagkagulo dahil sa race kit claiming.

the giveaway claiming (bodyspray/body care) very long lines

 

The good:

nice weather.

nice warm up at the start line

nice crowd (with celebrity sightings)

cold water.

may mga cheerers along the route.

a very nice medal to add to my collections.

 

yup, bumawi sa race day ang Adidas.

 

overall: 8/10

 

need to recover para makapag-training sa Milo 21km... dami kong body pains, na ikinahihirap ko umakyat ng hagdan...
