guys, ano po mairerecommend nyo na running shoes na malambot ang soles. pagkatapos ko kse mgjogging eh masakit ang paa ko. thanks

baka foot cramps lang yan ha. Is there such a thing? foot cramps? foot strain? or masakit lang paa ko kasi buong buhay ko hindi pa ako tumakbo ng 5km ever (hehe... Eto reklamo ko dati)????

you need to have your feet/sole tested so that you'll know which type of shoe is appropriate for you... where you need shoes that have control, stability, cushioning, etc ...

 

try going to specialty stores like mizuno (in bonifacio high street), the athletes foot (in glorietta) meron silang equipment that would determine the right shoe for you. you don't have to buy their shoes and at least you will have an idea what to buy next time. also buy your running shoes from specialty stores as the people in these stores are more knowledgeable on the shoes they sell.
