ui, sure yayain natin. ikaw pala yan huh. pwede din practice run may i brebreak in lang din akong sapatos.

 

Sensya di agad ako nakapagpakilala. Nagpalit kasi ako account dito. Planning to run on the Condura in Feb. Need training ulet. hehehe...

 

Medyo nabigla ako sa 21k ng milo, lack of training din siguro but I finished it at 2:34. Congrats to all runners!

after our company xmas party, pahinga/idlip lang onti then drecho takbo sa Milo 21k. late pa nakadating.. disaster

so ang nangyari... nakainom + pagod + puyat + no stretching + no warm up = WASAK

luckily i was still able to finish 21km below 3hrs... sayang ganda pa naman ng condition ko. for the first time, nde ako pinulikat despite 21km.. bawi nalang sa PSE bull run next year

it wasnt easy. hardest run ko na sya...

 

actually nung nag U-turn na sa may coastal mall, maybe 12-13km and around 2hrs in the run na ata yun, i was about to give up (1st time ko sana na DNF or did not finish)

suddenly, this elderly runner (naka suot pa sya ng 42km finisher shirt) patted me on my shoulder and said "kaya mo pa yan brad", he smiled, then went ahead and passed me

siguro nakita nya ako na all-in na, since nakasabay ko ata yun nung 5km. baby steps lang sya (small, short but consistent pace)

nainspire ako bigla. kuha ng saging sa next hydration station, then punta sa first aid to have my legs massaged and get ointment (preventive measures para sa pulikat)

took my energy gel around 15km para nde ako kapusin. gusto ko na nga magpagulong pababa nung sa last flyover eh haha

 

langya di ko na talaga ulitin yung ganun. grabe. sobrang hirap tumakbo. ambigat ng katawan ko. :(
