What Work Hours/schedule Is Best For You? And Why?

3 years din akong nag call center.. at nagresign ako kasi ayaw ko na ng night shift. pero ngayong may business na ko, hindi pa rin ako nakakatulog ng gabi. parang ngayon, 6am na pero nde pa rin ako natutulog.

as a human, not an owl, i would stil prefer to have regularmorning shift.. but as what i have said, money is my passion, any shift will do.. dnt forget when yu applied for your job, you were asked, "are you willing to be assigned in any shift?"

for me, pede yung 12-hour shifts as long as I will work for just 4 days a week. Yung remaining 3-days, for rest and relaxation na yun.

An ideal work sched for me would be 3 12 hour-shifts 7am-7pm. Dinner together as a family is important to me.

i don't know what's best for me since i've been on the night shift for so long i can't even remember anymore what it felt like to work days.

 

i wish i could work a part-time 4-hour daily shift and get paid as if i were doing full-time work.

I've been enjoying night shift for 8yrs. now. I enjoy that schedule even though sometimes it consumes a lot of my gimmick hours.

Although my schedule is flexible I prefer to get to work at around 12pm and stay at the office until 9pm depending on my work load. I chose it to avoid traffics and also I usually go to bed between 2am-3am so I can't really woke up that early.

yep. preferable ang 12noon then 9pm. that way di ka kelangang gumising ng maaga, pagkatapos ng duty, may oras pa para gumimik.

10 am till around 8 to 9 pm. for whatever strange reason, i can't seem to get my brain working before 10 and need the time when everyone has gone home to think more clearer about the day's pressing issues

The current work schedule I have is the best so far, 9am to 5pm

I've tried all the possible shifts and days off you can imagine. So far, I've always like the 12mn-9am schedule. Why?:

 

1. no heavy traffic going to work, less traffic and congestion in going home

2. i still have time to hook up with my amigas from 8pm-11pm for coffee

3. I can easily go to the bank or fix whatever needs to be fixed in local offices

If I had my way, mornings. Finish early and have time to do things in the aftrnoon and early evenings. Nowadays, the swing shift is fine as long as I can get home watch my favorite shows.
