Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

Recommended Posts

If you are looking at long term investment, the kind that even your apo will be able to inherit, house & lot. condominiums or buildings have life spans, after an X amount of years (usually between 50 to 100 years) the building will be condemned, the tenants will then decide what to do with the land, most of the time it gets sold and the tenants (or their descendants) divide the proceeds.

trivia: did you know that most of the land in Ayala are just long-term leases from the Ayala congolerate. they never sold any piece of land in there, meaning they will always own the whole area.

house and lot.no matter how small or simple it might be..as long as its mine

aside from mas tumataas ang value ng lupa habang tumatagal

no more association dues unlike in the condo..maybe meron village dues but maybe much cheaper

then kapag nagkasunog at lumindol sa bldg...
