Pero pag sa metro manila eh ang magagandang location eh nasa Greenhills or New Manila......Gitnang-gitna at hindi matataas mga building sa tabi mo........kaso mahal talaga..... Meron mura na mga house and lot kaso nasa fairview, cainta, paranaque kaso ang lalayo na nyan......Tapos sa paranaque dadaanan ka pa ng eroplano at walang tubig.....kaya mura lupa jan eh Pag condo naman eh ok din lalo na kung single ka......kaso kaialangan bumili ka pa din ng parking......mga 500thou ang isang parking.....
