Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

if i have the resources, I choose both: condo for residence in the city during work days while the house & lot for residence in the suburbs or provinces during weekends or holidays

Condo living has its pros and cons and so far the pros outweigh the cons.

so far condo pa rin bet ko. 

medyo hindi din biro anv gastusin sa maintenance at upkeep ng bahay. pag palit bubong pag may leaks, or pag binaha pinasok ung stains sa walls sahig etc. less headaches ang condo so far for me.

Condo with good sound proofing and views and in a good area with restaurants and cafes nearby. Probably a house once I have a family.
