krisnathan24
Condo if you are really far away from home and work and if you are single. kumbaga temporary lang siya.House and lot for future things like having a family and something you could relax. Quote Link to comment

brian
House & Lot. Besides the obivous na magandang investment. There's a strong sense of community kapag sa subdivisions/villages unlike living in a condo. If I am going to buy a condo, most likely I would rent it out to others for extra income. AxlRod
House and lot for the family, condo for the gf haha Yes house for the family but I'd get a townhouse or a sigle detached for a gf. I don't want to be seen in the elevator. Believe me, it happens. Quote Link to comment

Guest romantico888
Which is one better, a condo unit or a house and lot there are pros and cons between the 2.. condo unit: pros: near your workplace, near just about anywhere in metro manila, low maintainancesecured cons: expensive water, expensive association fees, higher riskunnatural living house and Lot: pros: nice environment and community appreciates in value cons: far from metro manilafar from workplacehigh maintenanceunsecured so which one will you prefer buying, owning, for use as investment or for personal use? personal use or investment i prefer house and lot. kayerz
i'll go for house and lot. it's a good investment though! Quote Link to comment
aamd
House and Lot. At least, it is for life. Unlike the Condo unit, it is only good for 50 years from the day the bldg. started. After 50 years, the condo bldg is subject for full inspection by the city engineers. If the city engineers find the condo bldg to be unsafe then you have to part ways with your investment.
