It depends on your goal.If you want it to be an investment, house and lot is good.

Not necessary nmn sa Metro Manila (if it is your target) Kasi Marami nmn nang options sa adjacent provinces (Rizal, Bulacan, cavite)... 

The house will deteriorate pero ang lupa, Hindi. Unless madadaanan siya ng fault line esp. The marikina fault line. So possible bababa ang value Lalo na kapag nagmanifest na Yung sinasabing "the big one"..

Condo is good if you are really contented in a city life..
