Jealousy. Selos. Sino ang Seloso / Selosa Dito???

I may just give a sweet smile and be impressed to be encouraging, but inside I'm gritting my teeth with jealousy. To calm down I have to step back and try to reason with myself.

 

If I could hardly constitute and the jealousy is still there, I tell my partner. I just have to tell my man.

Ako din seloso..... it's hard not to be especially to the one you really care for. Its also good naman kasi ito ang basis ko kung wala na ako care for that person. Kung hindi na ako seloso then medyo nawawala ang feelings ko for her.

how do you stop being so jealous? I know it's a gauge if you still care in a way... but sometimes nagiging root of argument.. not worth it in my opinion...need to learn to quell it.

Nung bago plang kami ng gf ko, super seloso ako. Parati kasi madaming tumitingin and nagpapapansin. Pero now na 4 years na kami, I'm not at all bothered. I realized na as long as trust is there and you're confident of your SO's love for you, there is no need for jealousy.
