houndjock Posted May 27, 2018 Share Posted May 27, 2018 (edited) To be frank, I don't think I (or we) have a purpose. The universe will be fine with or without me (or us). "Purpose" is a human construct meant to imply: one, a significant role of our species than that of other species or even objects; two, that there is a grand design for each and everyone of us in the tiny spec of the universe; and three, that a single person can somehow affect the universe. If there's a purpose, it's simply to be part of the life cycle, transformation of one form to another in a random sequence which will happen with or without us and whether we like it or not. I don't why but there's a special connection which we have lost during the time of the dark ages especially the burning of the library of alexandria.
