AusEddie - I've eaten Kangaroo many times - its very gamey and has to be eaten rare / medium rare otherwise because it has no fat it becomes very tough and chewy. Tasty though. Quote Link to comment

Ayos dyan sir. bumili ako before steak, ngpacut ako yung 1 kilo two slices lang. i marinated the steak with olive oil, a bit of garlic tsaka rosemary, before grilling it season with salt and pepper, then grill it. medium rare sarap.
