My most fav is Lamb,pork,chicken and beef. and no I have not eaten Kangaroo meat..it's expensive because it requires people in outback areas to ship it to the coast where 75-80% of the population lives so most people in Aus have not eaten Kangaroo. Headroom Posted October 18, 2007 Share Posted October 18, 2007 Any steak cooked Medium Rare with Pepper sauce or Garlic sauce. AusEddie - I've eaten Kangaroo many times - its very gamey and has to be eaten rare / medium rare otherwise because it has no fat it becomes very tough and chewy.
