purtygurl
Had dinner at Brazil Brazil recently and it's not that bad for the price. Although for real meat lovers, nothing beats a nice slab of steak. I haven't had any of that for a while now. Maybe I'll get one for dinner later. Quote Link to comment

indonesia68
It seems to be very difficult to find a quality beef for bulai (BBQ) or shabu-shabu in the Philippines. Most of the beef in supermarkets in Manila are super hard or stink. I could only find the quality meat in Santis. Quote Link to comment

dorkwad69
what i do is get a big thick steak, and sear it on a really hot iron pan with just a tiny amount of olive oil to prevent it from sticking at most 90 secs per side (depends how thick), take the pan out of the fire and let it rest under some foil for, oh say 10mins until the juices come out. Take the steak out and put the juice back on the fire and add a big pat of butter and season with some fresh ground pepper and pour over the steak. Some boiled new potatoes on the side. mmmm!
