I'm satisfied with BPI. Have 4 accounts with them (payroll, savings, BPI Trade, and CC). Kilala na rin kaya medyo naeexpress na sa mga personal pati business transactions.

medyo di ako satisfied sa services ng BDO when it comes to branch servicing. tsaka medyo madaming fees for every service. in fairness, i'm very much satisfied with their online banking and i can even do my online services through their cellphone app.

 

Sa opinion ko, medyo matataray mga tellers...but this does not change my fantasy about paking a BDO teller...any bank teller for that matter! He he...

Security bank for me sobra bulok. Makakalimutan nila na client ka nila.

BDO sucks. walang upuan matataray pa ang mga staff. Seems that the customer is not their priority

BPI. Palagi offline ang atm machine for deposit transactions.

i like BPI kasi preferred banking ako with them but I hate it na always offline sila lalo na pag payday friday. Seriously who does that???? alam nila na most pinoys wait for payday and mag offline sila?

 

anyway, i think the worst is EastWest.

yes they need the approval from their Heads but for 2 hours? What happen to their tagline "valued customer"?
