  • 3. it's cheaper compared to an MMO played on PC example is aion you need to have a good PC to enjoy its full detail and need mo pa magbayad ng $19/mo compared sa consoles PSN is free while XBL is $40 a year for me it's cheaper in the long run
  • 4. as for downloading pirated contents, meron din naman dyang mga sites na pwede mo idownload ung mga games, aralin mo na lang kung pano iburn

There are games that are suited for PC and console but I will go for PC if I have to choose between them for the following reasons:

1) I can play any game using a PC (strategy, FPS, action, racing, RPG, MMO) literally, it may not be the best to play other genres like action games, sports games, fighting games etc but still u can still play it on a PC without pain but imagining play a strategy game on a console, it would really be a pain in the ass and please don't tell me u can hook a keyboard and a mouse on a console coz u can also hook a controller on a PC.

2) Hardware nowadays are cheaper way back 5 years ago. Software are lagging behind the hardware, so you would expect that when you buy a high tier PC today it would last for at least 5 years. Well except for the video cards because they rely on the newest software packages.

3) PC can emulate consoles and a whole lot of consoles except for the current gen consoles. PS1 emulator right now can almost run all the ps1 games. I currently finished God of War I and will be playing God of War II using a ps2 emulator in 60fps but still it does not beat playing it on the console :))

PC gaming hands down. Medyo short-term use lang ang console since after a few years may bago na console lalabas and naphaphase out ang old console. As for pc gaming I still play old games circia 1988-1995 via dosbox. When moderately upgraded, pcs are just so much more powerful in terms of video rendering and memory. The only reason publishers prefer to publish via console is to prevent piracy and increase sales. Also, mabilis lang magdownload sa torrent so pc games are free. Granted top of the line pcs are much more expensive than consoles but pcs just arent for games only.

The PlayStation 3 is powered by the "Cell processor", which is boasted to be 35 times more powerful than its predecessor, the PS2. Its graphics is powered by an nVidia graphics chip called an RSX ("Reality Synthesizer") which operates at 550 MHz core clock with over 300 million transistors, and is claimed to be more powerful than two GeForce 6800 Ultra cards put together.

Comparing the PS3 to the Xbox 360 as far as specifications are considered is near impossible, due to the GPUs and CPUs construction. The RSX has a smaller number of pipelines than what the Xbox 360 boasts, but this could still mean that they are more powerful. Graphics aside, the Nintendo Wii is an even harder comparison due to the completely different market that they appeal to.
