High-fiber Pineapple juice, generally healthy (aids in digestion and lowering down cholesterol), just don't give some to a person who's having a heart attack..

 

@taboolover: No definitive study yet as to the efficacy of pineapple juice in preventing kidney stones. Just drink lots of water (to dilute your urine) and limit your intake of food rich in purines (red meat, sauces made with animal/crab meat, balut, etc.)

my mom and i drink a glass pf pineapple juice everyday. yung binibili namin yung in-can na unsweetened na two glasses ang serving. kasi pj tends to taste like rusted metal pag di inninom kaagad. yucky kaya yun... pwede din i-blender, including the core! AFAIK it's very fibrous... matigas nga lang kaya dapat i-blender ng husto, parang pineapple shake ang product, lalo pag galing sa freezer... hassle lang kasi magbalat, hehe.
