I bought 3 boxes in which 1 box contains 10random airplane models. Most of the airplane that I got are 747,777,767,727,737. Only one airbus I found,A320  Quote Link to comment
Boelcke
Ganda!! Those things are expensive, right? Ive always wanted to collect PAL planes. Quote Link to comment
agent_tom
Thanks sir Boelcke, Those are made of plastic so its not expensive. Die casts are really expensive, but they look much much better than the plastic models. Give a try on pal sir :thumbsupsmiley: I only have 2 of them. http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x189/agent_tom/diecast/SBSH0236.jpg sorry for the OT pic.these are die casts Quote Link to comment
Boelcke
Havent really looked at boxes of them when Im in the hobby shop. How much is the average price? Say, the A340? I want to get some PAL birds. Ive taken a ride on every plane type in PAL's current fleet. Quote Link to comment
agent_tom
I bought mine in flight for US$26, set of 2 (B747 & A340). $13 each, maybe Quote Link to comment
caloyski65
if i were to collect commercial planes, i would do it with a touch of history & evolution starting with the very early commecial passenger planes like the Fokker F.VII Tri-motor (1920), Douglas DC-3 (1930-1940), Pan-AM World Airways Boeing 314 Clipper (Flying Boat), BOAC De Haviland Comet (Worlds first Commercial Jet Plane that went into production in 1949) to the latest B777, B787 (Dreamliner), B747-8 (latest variant of B747), Airbus A380 Super Jumbo and Antonov An-225 (not a passenger plane but is commercially available for flying any over-sized payload....... :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
