Taiwan's Toys R' Us, specifically. But I suspect even HK's Toys R' Us will sell it for a comparative price. It seems the retailers in the PH are selling the stuff for more than the retail price. It shouldn't be as expensive as the Takara version, anyways. But in my opinion, it looks much more gorgeous than the Takara version because of the panel detailing and the paint smudging, as well as it sporting the same color scheme as the cartoon version, of course.
