Manual Or Automatic?

Recommended Posts

well i used to drive a manual tranny....it is ok.....

now am using an automatic and never ako binitin ng kotse during overtaking and when i need the power....

i dont think automatic transmissions are only for old people......the comfortability of the drive not the ride is taking in effect...mas gusto ko matraffic using an automatic and wth our kind of streets......and the traffic....i will not switch back to manual.....

I agree with you 'flite 1111'

I used to be sarado manual fanatic, but when tried the new brands of automatic (incl. those with paddle shift- manumatic) parang yaw ko na mag-manual. Syempre the manufacturers are improving their craft on all aspect- incl. nga this speed shifting mode.

The advantage of power and swift response are now the thing of the past. Although siempre if push comes to shove, manual is it- but di naman tayo karerista...

korek ka diyan, kaya nga it is nice to read the thread about things you should have in your car....

included dapat na may dala ka palagi na jumpstart cable......flag down a taxi, makijumpstart ,say thank you and give P100 pa kunswelo de bobo....kung battery problem....kaya as a personal thing for me, weekly i take the time out to have my batteries checked, discipline na din yun as a car owner and driver.....

peace guys.....

i also agree with you sir......naks patronizing each other...anyway there are a lot of matic cars nowadays that really has the shifting response like their maual counterparts.....

reg sa malakas sa gas i don't think sow i have a 1.6 lancer na a/t we both went to baguio with a manual 1.6 toyota parang masmalakas pasiya sa gas sa car ko and convoy kami same driving, another thing i also have a 3.0 diesel pick up also a/t

it can reach 12 to 15 km per liter on hi way and 10 to 12 on city asan ang malakas diyan. We are already in the new melenuim yung dating malalakas sa gas at under power na A/T na over come na nila yun you have to try one first. I my self is a manual person dati on college life but now i will not go back kinain ko nalahat ng sinasabi ko reg sa matic

I am enjoying automatic kasi pag may incline naka rest pa rin ako. The difference with timing is so miniscule nowadays, very responsive na rin ang mga automatic.

Apply the brakes for a short time the moment you go downhill and the car will go down smoothly without you stepping on the brake.
