Don't smoke...

 

Swim... not just any exercise hacks it for me... parang hinihigop ng tubig ang stress and all the negativity...

 

PLus, being underneath the water where its all calm, and counting your breaths have a meditative effect.

 

So girls... Any one wanna go for a swim? :) hehehe
