How Do You Keep Yourself Young

There are many different ways to keep yourself feeling young, both mentally and physically. 

- Stay active by exercising regularly and engaging in activities that you enjoy.

- Eat a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

- Get plenty of sleep and practice good sleep hygiene habits.

- Keep your mind active by learning new things, reading, and staying social.

- Manage stress through relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga.

- Stay positive and focus on the things that bring you joy.

By incorporating these and other healthy habits into your life, will help immensely.

Wag masyadong magmadali sa buhay... 

Wag gawing bisyo ang pagkain. Drink more water. 

Wag lang puro needs, buy/avail ka rin ng wants mo.. makakabuti ito sa mental health mo..hehe.. 

Dasal-dasal ka din Kahit alam mong makasalanan ka.. Wala namang mawawala sayo.
