SOY/SOYA/TAHO MILK - all about it!

mga sir..ok po ba nag taho milk..i try it  eh ..b4 i go work out i drink 800 ml of it...ok ba yun???gusto ko kasi mag gain ng mass ...

 

To gain muscle mass you need a balanced diet and to work out.

 

Carbs for the energy to work out (although be careful as too many can lead to an excess and fat buildup) and proteins to assist in the building of muscle and recovery.

 

This is a simplified explanation but a good place to start.

 

In this context taho is a good source of protein and it is low in fat.

tnx sir...ok lang din sya inumin ng me sugar at everyday ?...kasi araw arw ako ng workout..i drink 800ml before workout.tnx sir

yup, i drink soya milk too, pero not everyday. mga twice o once a week lang. i still prefer yung taho na kinakain eh.

 

ang sugar content ng soy milk is very minimal to have an effect for you to gain fat. susunugin mo lang din yan s pagwoworkout mo.
