troey_tp
fishing is not totally expensive at all, skills are more important.for newbies all you need is fishing spool(.50mm),hooks,lead weights(2).it works! we are fishing here in abu dhabi, near the emirates palace.usually we catch snappers, shery, sultan, safi, hamour, and even barracudas.sa coastline lng kmi parati, corniche as they called it.a lot of kabayans are fishing here.so thinking of buying a rod? maybe later.Mabuhay pinoy!!bro, i want to get a license to fish in abu dhabi, where can i get one.? i heard that meron daw nahuhuling bangus dito sa abu dhabi?any kabayan angler na can convince me?hindi alam kung saan yun pero it would be exciting kng totoo nga?yes sa may creek park. pero they wont bite using kubos(tinapay) on your bait, i think fly fishing is the best for those kind of fish. Anyone who knows what fish this is? Caught them while we were in Fujairah, UAE anchorage....cobia family, they said its edible. a lot of smll time fisherman caught it here in UAE. AFAIK, Hito, Dalag, Bangus, Tilapia ang meron, pwede din ihaw ihaw dun parang outing na din for the family. Quote Link to comment
tarosa69
I recently tried fishing using a slingshot modified to shoot arrows with a line. We tried it at cavite, along the irrigation channels. It was fun, but most of the time I missed the Tilapia, at the end of the day we were able to catch 5 fish, and got a lot of sunburn. Quote Link to comment
