Maykeee
Kung Hindi mo pa need magtrabaho pagka-graduate ng college to earn a livong, tambay ka muna Kahit 2-3 months. Ok pa Kahit siguro hanggang 6 months. Enjoyin mo muna maging tambay. Uwi ka ng probinsya mo. I-drain mo muna lahat ng stress at unhealthy habits/vices mo nung estupidyante ka. After that, pwede ka nang sumabak sa buhay pag-eempleyo o kung pagnenegosyo kung may pampuhunan ka. Konting pahinga bago sumabak sa totoong buhay Quote Link to comment
HarryFootahp
Relax, unwind, chill and destress for 3-6 months then prepare for the biggest battle of your life ahead. Welcome to the real world. 🥳🥳🥳 Quote Link to comment
ztrorz
If you plan on working within 6 months of graduating, start submitting applications early. Job market is hard for fresh grads now Quote Link to comment
riku29
Wag na wag iisipin mag pahinga muna bago work or adult life. Pag nakita sa resume mo graduate ka ganitong year. Tas a year after ka nag apply or 3months above. Red flag ka agad. Kung pahinga 2weeks is enough. Yeaaah ganon talaga ang life kahit graduate na hirap padin. Unless may pamilya ka outside pinas. Easy apply ❤️ Quote Link to comment
Anomynoua
Always have connections. Yung mga introvert diyan (including myself), whether you like it or not, kailangan talaga makipag socialize and interact with others to open up new opportunities for yourself. That means don't lose your connections with your friends, be it after college or high school. You'll never know kung meron pala job offerings kaibigan mo at pwede ka niya ipasok through referrals. redddzz
You will fail multiple times and that is ok. Take chances and always keep moving forward. Be a sponge ang absorb everything that you will learn in the process. Quote Link to comment
neilgayuman
Unless you graduated with honors from a top university, don't be too choosy on picking your first job. It's just there to give you some real world experience and for you to unlearn the bad habits you developed in school. Quote Link to comment
Nacht Faust
JosephKeys
Lies and Misinformation Given to Our Youth People these days forgot the value of working hard and sacrifice -the value of drive, responsibility, integrity, and accountability. I built my business from the ground, up. From barely making ends meet, to making six figures every year. Do not listen to those who always prioritize 'mental health' or 'happiness', when they do not really know what it means and just blurt out quotes from Facebook/Tiktok. 1. "Rest ka muna" "Wag mag madali" - Start as early as you can, as young as you can. You are fired up, fresh from college. You should be hungry to make that dough. In making money, experience and reputation is key. Apply to multiple companies, acquire many skills, learn the art of the trade. People say 'take it easy' because they want to justify why they fall behind. And yes, of course it is normal to feel bad if you're old with no substantial progress in life. Learn to NOT excuse yourself from being the best version of yourself. 2. "Learn to say, No" "Leave on time" "Don't do more than what's asked" - Since when did working hard become bad? It is okay to stay after work hours. It is okay to go in early. If it means getting the job done and well, make that compromise. People may say, 'respect yourself', 'do not let them use/abuse you', and 'you are replaceable'. I say, do your damn job and make it excellent. Build yourself until you can make demands. Ask for higher pay. If not, make yourself a loss for a company if you leave. Do not settle for anything less. Back when I was a producer (not a host) at a radio station, I did the jobs of 4 different people other than being a producer. Why? Because I want to make the best damn radio production I can. Then, I was recognized and raised to the highest ranks in the company. Then, I left to pursue my own business. And guess what? They still invite and pay me to train them. Whatever field you are in, master your craft. Be the best in your workplace. Take initiatives, make necessary sacrifices. Leave the company better than when you started. Final take. Do not be so dramatic about nothing. Be the best version of yourself, it will pay off. Do not easily victimize yourself (burnt out, unhappy, etc.), you have more potential than you know. Not perfection, but the pursuit of it. You are a wild animal. Be hungry. Be ferocious. And finally, stop needing motivational quotes or looking for 'signs'. The only regret that I have is that I didn't do more. Edited June 4 by JosephKeys Quote Link to comment
