brawler201
Used to go to Brunos then decided to wear my hair semi-kalbo . I just shave my hair myself. It's ok except for the occasional close shave with the eyebrows. Quote Link to comment

muffy69
Every month, I go to Diva's Salon just across the street from where I work. Three hairdressers alternately do my hair: 6-footer Joey (she's female), silent and pretty Lisa and foxy but friendly Philomena. It's kinda weird because every time I'm in their salon, I'm the only Asian customer. The rate is kinda steep ($58) compared to other cities ($15-$35) but I like the way the three of them cut my hair. I get a new style for my short hair every month. Don't know if they do the hair of any celebrity in San Francisco though. I only talk to them about books and not about other people. missmanners
i go to paolo of fix g4. he also does my hair and makeup for special occasions and gigs, etc. for maintenance trims and perm retouches (yes, i have a perm), i go to french touch in b.f. pque. very inexpensive and they treat me well. and i trust them not to burn or damage my hair. although, when i feel like spending, which is not often, i like going to you salon over at the fort. they have all these interesting new techniques and equipment. worth a check if you have the dough to spare.
