yokoloke Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 There's an Alba's restaurant off Jupiter st. One of the best spanish restos. They serve buffet only during lunch and on weekdays, I think. It seems that some of the branches of these restaurant don't serve the same tasting food...like Alba's and Armas...I feel that the main branches -Alba Jupiter, and Armas Malate, are still the best. There is no other better place in town except perhaps Guernica's in Remedios Circle Manila. I've tried most of the places mentioned. Some were good but quality deteriorated over time.
