That always happens when something becomes very commercialized and put up as a chain. The quality suffers and the price goes up. Ā In the US some good cheesecakes ive had would be the cheesecake in Foxy's - a small diner in Glendale CA, La Madeleine - a french coffee shop in Houston, Tx among others. But it's worth it, I swear.Ā Claudette's can be found at the Paseo Center, Paseo de Roxas, Makati. And there's one just behind my office building, at the G/F Easton Place, Valero corner V.A. Yun iba gusto ko lang either yun topping nila or yun icing... but with cheesecake I eat the whole thing.Ā Well... except for rum cakes.Ā So any other places we can get our cheesecake fix?
