Not from heavy lifting though.. but a knee injury sustained from active basketball competition. I almost (mabuti na lang at hindi) had a serious back injury too... I got suckered ("sinalya" in the local vernacular) at the peak of my jump shot... it was a good thing that my landing spot was clear & that I used my arms to break my fall... else, that fall may have seriously injured my back.
