Fractured wrist back in 2020 due to a wrong hit on the punching bag. Still havent got it checked out yet to this day. Now i cant lift heavy stuff with an underhand grip else you can see the wrist bone seperate under my skin lol.

Have it checked bro, clinics like TMC and Healthway are already in some of the major malls so more convenient na to get a consultation

From weights: getting over confident with progress and lifting too heavy and spraining my lower back.

From sports:many rolled ankles from basketball.
