5 major ankle injuries in from 2010 - 2016. mejo pronated inward na pareho ung ankle ko due to them.

pag me sapatos ako na madalas ko suot, ung form nung body ng shoe is eventually nagl-lean inwards. mejo di na rin ako komportable kapag hindi ganun kalapad ung sole, na para bang matitisod ako.

also, I had experienced severe knee pains. there came a time na di ako makatayo from bed kasi nagl-lock ung knees ko sa umaga, and sometimes kapag nakahold ung straight knee for a period of time i.e. nasa byahe. I remember taking in self-medications like tart cherry supplements at pain killers such as celecoxib, pero hindi ko naman sinustain. luckily, it went away in a few years time. meron pa rin from time to time pero di na ganun kalala tulad ng dati.
