THUG
di mo naman sinabi kung ano ba ang current financial conditions mo.. are you working ba? are you retired na? ang isa sa pinakamaganda e ANTIPOLO. dyan daw pinakamalinis at sariwa ang hangin sa metro manila.. yun nga lang pag tag ulan e laging umaambon dyan.. kung retired ka na at gusto mo din ng investment, sa Cavite ka.. mabilis tumaas ang lupa sa cavite.. notice 3 SM's na agad ang nasa Cavite.. at yung isang mall na pinakamalaki sa asia e nasa south, eto yung SM Mall of Asia, na malapit sa coastal road going to Cavite.. kung you are young and working.. ok din sa cavite.. but buy somewhere in Kawit and Noveleta, since magkakaron ng coastal road extension dyan.. di mo kase sinabi kung ano ka ba, retired or working e.. missmanners
i love where i live! the cleanest and greenest barangay in pasig city. not only is it 10 minutes away to everywhere i need to be, it's also surprisingly quiet. the particular palce i'm renting at has plenty of parking and even room for my garden. also two swimming pools, a basketball court, a convenience store, a social hall, and several handymen (like electricians, gardeners, etc.) to help you out just in case. also, the security force is so massive and spread out that i've left my door unlocked many times and i've never had problems with theft or anything else of that sort. and the clincher was this: for the same price i'm paying now, i would have been able to afford a condo in makati but it would have just had an area of 38 sq. m. or less. my place now is just a smidge under 60 sq. m., PLENTY of room for myself, my cat, and some friends if i so decide to have company. and even when it's traffic, i can still get to my office in makati in under 20 minutes. which means extra time for me to sleep in!!! igol ays
i said earlier that it really depends on a lot of things. i myself settled on mactan island (where i will have a house built across the street from a resort); and a condominium unit at FBGC. btw, conde nast traveler's survey of 10 best islands in asia included mactan island last year, and cebu this year. bootylicious_babe
hmmm, Cebu seems like a nice place to live, or maybe Malapascua or Panglao Island. But I'm happy where I live right now. Not far from the big malls but not far from the provinces either. Quote Link to comment
Jodie
I myself live out of Manila. I think the best location right now to live in is Laguna..why?because it will take you 20 minutes to Alabang(going north) Tagaytay (going south) and 45 minutes to Makati(going north), Batangas (going south). A lot of developments are being done, not overpopulated nor polluted, however the downside is medyo mahal na these days But talking of retirement locations, It will be nice to settle in a beach area, kaya lang mahal na talaga..Palawan or Cebu sana :* Quote Link to comment

lucky9space
Ako ang pinaka the best is Mandaluyong near crossing, Because available most ng transportation,PaNorth, South, East and West. pero ok lang din near shaw. Center ng Metro Manila talaga ang mandaluyong kaya ganoon, ang makati center din kaya lang di ng Manila kundi Center ng Commerce kaya mayaman ang makati. Quote Link to comment
