Full situps take much of the movement from the hip flexors making the excercise more intense. Crunches, when done strict and in proper form, can be safer to the spine (neck and lowerback). kazium425 Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 enge po ako tips para sa isang payat na tulad ko...i used to go to gyms before pero ngyn ala na oras...gusto ko sana mag gain ng unting weight and at the same time muscles na rin...pero la na time mag gym eh...any advice na pwede ko gawin before or after work? i do field work so may medjo madalas na rin ako mag lakad...gusto ko lng magka abs pa develop better biceps and sa chest area....thanks!!!
