markjoycehailey Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 I do a lot of sledgehammer training when I don"t have time to go to the gym. Good thing I have a big backyard with quite a few tractor tires. Makes me feel like Thor. I also climb atop tractors and container vans and jump to the ground for great cardio. Quote Link to comment
