It doesn't matter if it's "organic" or "natural" - those are mostly marketing BS they want you to believe. Be very careful with any diet pills, most, (including muscle gain products) if not all of them will put a strain on your liver. Your liver will be required to work harder than it should to digest the nutrients/compounds found in these products.

I knew a few people (who used to be members of the gyms I used to go to) who died due to complications from these diet pills and muscle gain products - all due to liver damage/failures.

If you want to lose weight, do it naturally. Try fasting - its the most natural way of losing weight.

Eat less. Your calorie intake should be less of what you burn. Eat foods that are rich in protein and less fatty foods. Build muscle through weight lifting or regular exercises. The more muscle mass you have in your body, the more calories you burn(you can eat more 😂). Fiber supplements does a good job of keeping hunger at bay.

Does 16/8 IF really work?

I think it depends on a lot of factors bro but the best way is to have a calorie count para yung calorie deficit mo is at least estimated, usually it's 20-25% ng total calorie consumption mo...

usually it's your weight in pounds x 13 to 15 depende sa intensity ng exercise mo, try 15 if you are active naman (say, 8,000-10,000 steps per day)

from there subtract 25% from your total calorie consumption and if you are lean, stay within the 1kg per pound of body weight

madaming factors bro!
