To tell you honestly, lahat ng successful traders nag-aaral and walang ego.

Yes, my profit for consectutive 3 years is beyond 1M. I managed a different fund for each Markets. Teka relay ko sau, since napakainterested mo sa part na to. 7 digit fund for PSE (now already 8 digit fund/including profits last year), for US market fund (since I was just starting on it, 30k USD). Last 2020, ventured and managed a 7 digit managed (php) fund in cryptocurrency (just captured the bull run). Ano okay ka na????

I was a multi millionaire, before I entered the stock market, results of savings, investments, and hard work. Studied the fundamentals of the market for a long period of time. And still proud of being a student of the market. Meaning to say, my bias is trash compare with the market prices. So, ganto lang po, kasimple, I am not bullish, or bearish on any names. There are only names that prices go higher, lower, or sideways. And I strictly follow my trade plan. If it is invalidated, cut!!! Then I try my best to sell on strength. Do take note, I am not present in the market everytime. I am just in it, when there are waves(odds in my favor), or the getting is much more higher than my risk. And I don't ever, Average down.. I only add on positions that is currently up (meaning I have a cushioned).

Ngaun pakita mo nga ung ichura nung inaaccumulate vs nagcocorrect vs dinidistribute na stock @Harding??Ung isang binili mo, $GREEN kamo diba? Yung cut ka? alam mo bang downtrend yun, illiquid name, at conso? nainip ka noh? hahaha. Attached ko dito.

Simple analogy on averaging down by William Oneil: For example, you are a seller of a dress. Merun kang 10 kulay pula, 10 dilaw at 10 asul. After a week, naubos ang kulay asul (so mabenta), yung dilaw, 5 nilang, yung pula 10 pa. Yung pinakalogical answer is irereplenish ung kulay asul diba? kasi mabenta, ung dilaw retain (di pa ubos e, pero may bumili). Yung pula, since di mabenta (put in on sale). Same scenario sa mall boutique diba? Baket kaya??? Same thing on a stock, if bumili ka ng stock $ABC, at mabilis naubos and tumaas ung price vs your bought price (demand is in here) same thing as dress na kulay blue, if bumili ka naman ng stock $DEF (medyo tumaas ung price vs your bought price or it didnt break your cut point (trade invalidation point) then by all means hold it. Now, if bumili ka ng stock $GHI, then pagbiili mo imbis na tumaas bumaba, and much more nahit ung cut point mo (so invalidated na ung trade idea, since bias is aangat dapat diba for long only market), so same ito sa dress na kulay pula. baket ka bibili pa? eh in the 1st place, mali ka na nga diba? tas dadagdagan mo pa. Pag ito ginawa mo, dun sa tindihan kanina. parang ang ginawa mo, eh dinagdagan mo ung kulay pula na dress na hindi mabili bili, than replinish blue dress that is in demand. I hope nagets, thats the best thing I can do.

On topic: Guys, you don't really have to start with a huge amount on this. In the markets, "the more you think of money, the faster you loose it". Because, it will put a lot of pressure to you and your trading. You should study, have a risk first before profits mindset, and have a strategy. Strategy in terms of how to determine the market breadth, determine trends, cycles and how it works, Buy/sell strategy and mental control. Para merun kayong sinusunod na system or guidelines. If you are not patient on this. Magiging clueless lang kayo regarding what to exactly do. Same reason, why people are asking "Sir okay pa ba bilin si $abc?)

Medyo marami talaga kelangan aralin if you want to be consistently profitable. You can't learn any skill and be good at it overnight. But when you have acquired it, aside from the money follows, its all worth it. That is the same reason why I consider this to be a tough profession. I never mentioned that I am much more greater than anyone of you, and learn from me. Instead, what I told you is, learned from the great traders/investors who have done it (backread nalang kayo, for that info). Google them up, hindi sila sumikat because they can just do it 1 time or twice in their careers. They are famous for being consistently profitable.

Update: For me, phil market is a stock pickers market nowadays. And why, TNX (10 year treasury note is breaking out currently, which is bad for equities). Fed faster tightening, Inflation comes next. Then aside from it, the move from psei were done, gains need to be consume first before prices go up and down depending on the market.

Market breadth:

Excluding REIT'S and illiquid names (below 7M value traded). Liquidity is relative to your portfolio size by the way.

above all 21/50/200 = 8 names
above 50 and 200 =13
above 200 = 25 names (not even 10% of total stock names)

@Harding and @ichiromiyata98. We think both of you are well-rouunded pag dating sa stock trading/investing (basing from your posts) and we (me and specially members who are interested in stocks) appreciate and learn from pointers coming from you guys.
So cool lang tayo.. and back to regular programming.

i must admit, I am not a professional stock trader as some other here . i do not manage funds. i invested my own money when there are opportunities just like the US financial crisis where i made a huge profit. i come in and out of the market.  this is not my source of living. I have businesses of imports of electronics and apartment buildings and condo rentals enough to supports me. stock market is only my way of breaking my monotonous life lol
