I’m listing my stock picks here daily. 1st stock: CREIT, currently the best performing REIT >Trading at 43% below its fair value >Earnings are forecast to grow 14.9% per year >Earnings grew by 150% for the past year >Dividend yield is 7.4% >The only REIT for leasing of land to renewable energy development.
