Is this MF? what ur product mix? equities are not doing well

 

Yes. Equities are performing poorly this year but I see it as discounts.

 

My mix is 70% Large and 30% Small.

I dont know if u heard the news agrinture suspension has been lifted yesterday and was hoping to gain from it as i have several shares on hand. u have also from ur portfolio?

Sorry not heard nor know if it's in my portfolio. That's the thing about MF, a single company would have minimal impact (be it gain or loss) to the total NAV. I only have to monitor macro trends.

Dow got atop 26K. Can it sustain it this time? I highly doubt it. I think this is just another round of market exuberance that has plagued 2018.

 

Anyway, the market is still giving discount of 2.5%. Grab it while it lasts.

Mga sir, aside from reading the mutual fund providers' report on the performance of their funds, where can I find reliable sources about them?

 

I have a few with Philamlife and am planning to open a MF account with Sunlife. I'm still deciding which one will receive more capital from my bank.

May mutual fund arm sila na hiwalay pa sa insurance products nila. Kilala silang pareho sa atin na top fund managers Kaya di ako takot bumili NG mutual fund sa kanila.

Last weekend, nadiskubre ko ang mutual fund market sa COL. Rektang sa kanila ka na dadaan para bumili NG mutual funds na ipapadala nila sa fund manager tulad NG sun Life. Two day clearing period nga Lang, pero at least sa isang bangko ko na Lang idadaan pera ko.

At ang D-A-M-I-N-G fund options. Conservative to aggressive, philam to PSE Index, you name it, they have it.

Ah ok..nagtataka lang kasi ako bakit niyayaya ako ng Prudential mag-invest ng MF sa kanila, e healthcare/insurance ang specialization nila sa pagkakaalam ko. Pero tingin ko ok na ako sa current broker ko.

Ah pure stocks ka? Saludo ako sir. Namumula mata ko pag tinitingnan ko ngayin Ang trade portfolio ko. Di pa umaangat. Sa mutual funds ko pa Lang ako napapangiti

 

Di na ako makapaghintay sa sinasabi nilang recovery at bull period.

Haha.. dati, pero ngayon hindi na..nasasayangan ako sa oras kakacheck kaya tinigil ko na. Ngayon, mutual fund na lng. Not sure kung alam mo yung StashAway. All i need to do is just to put my money, then hinahayaan ko lang lumago. Robot/computer na ang nag-aanalyze para sa akin 😉
