James Band
It is normal for a company to always look or give what is best for the customer. But sometimes, customers get mixed up, especially when it comes to financial services. Customers should understand the different products of banks, asset management companies and insurance companies. Often we see clients buy investment products from insurance companies, when they should be going to banks or asset management companies. Quote Link to comment

Blxst
On 3/11/2005 at 3:41 PM, wWw.ExTraRiCe.CuM said: The customer is always right! : What can you say about this statement? This really applies only to higher end service industries that have the resources to deliver anything the customer wants and have customers that are able and willing to pay any price, which bears out in the history of this phrase. If you go to Jollibee and tell them you want them to debone a chickenjoy thigh and put garlic pepper beef sauce on it, they'd tell you they can't do that. If you ask a high end restaurant to substitute the porkchop with a steak and the shrimp with lobster, they'll do it if you flash enough cash. Quote Link to comment
