Almost 5 years na globe postpaid ko. Kahit na nagpapalit Ako ng unit, parang bumabagal mobile internet/data ko. Hindi tulad nung first 2 years na reliable ang data ko. Ano kayang possible na remedyo mga par? Tyvm

Fiber line, minsan nawawalan ng internet connection sa madaling araw. Not sure why, but will resume naman afterwards.

Mobile line, marami pa rin area kahit dito sa metro manila ang mahina globe signal.

Customer service, nadapatagal ng respond. tapos kapag di mo nasagot/nareply-an, wala na yung concern na nilapit mo sa kanila.

Did that too.  No change.  Too many dropped calls.  I often had to go down to the garage to get more than 1 bar. I switched and never had any problems.  Strong reliable signal yung isa.  With globe, I guess it had a lot to do with my area.  But their signal was not that bad when I first started with them.  I don’t know now since it has been 8 years now that I am with smart.  Sayang maganda sana experience ko sa Globe kaya I had been a subscriber for more than 15 years.
