Dr. House
an experience happend to me just recently sa GLOBE, nag punta kami ng business center to apply for a new line, what happend is that nag lapse na yung 2 years contract ko sa GLOBE so I could have at cut and apply for a new line para mag avail ng bagong promos nila sa phone.brought the necessary papers required, complete w/ original and photocopies as well. then after being attended by the service officer, he suggested that i cut the existing line that i have and apply a new line using the same account so that it would take less time for the processing. after this and that and filling up necessary requirements, all is set and done, he just told me that he'd call me once the phone I wanted was already available, after just 3 days of my application, they cut my line and that left me without a number, i was at the province at that time when I came back, I went straight to the business center i applied for and looked for the guy na nag assist sa akin at that time. I told him that na cut na yung line ko, how come wala pang replacement sim and phone eh note ko na na wag muna i-cut till wala pa replacement. sabihan ka ba naman na "SIR AMININ KO PO SA INYO, NAWALA KO PO YUNG ITR AND APPLICATION LETTER NYO, PA SUBMIT NA LANG PO ULIT NG NEW SET" ano sa tingin mo gagawin ko sa kanya? dem0liti0nman
tuktuk mo sa ulo nya ang cp mong putol na ang connection.... wala na ako sa globe pero binibigyan pa rin ako ng sakit ng ulo. pinaputol ko na nga eh ung daw disconnection date umabot sa next cutoff date.. so bayaran ko daw dapat un, good as 1 month billing... so bottomline is magbabayad ako sa kanila for another month na d ko nagamit ang service nila.....ano ko bale Quote Link to comment

binoyski71
just bought sun 24/7 sim kanina... ganito ba talaga kahirap maka call? kanina pa ako dial ng dial.. wahh.. observe if you were calling a smart, a globe or a sun subscriber when you were having a hard time connecting... dito mo malalaman kung ang may problema ay ang sun network or yung interconnecting lines between sun & smart/globe... bRIX
yup okay naman ang txt service ng Sun. anyway, yung call lang naman during 8PM onwards ang mahirap. i still recommend SUN lalo na sa mga couples who want to stay in touch 24/7 Quote Link to comment
seeker_of_daybreak
i've had a globe line for two years and right now im using a sun line as well as a globe prepaid. all i can say is that globe line sucks. not only do i have to deal with poor customer service, i also had to deal with fanatical monthly costs. i was a student when i got my globe line, and i thought i could pay it off using just my allowance. i had an advantage plan (250) a month and i ended up paying 1k-2k per month (not just because i was txting left and right  )i had a couple of months wherein a didnt use my globe line and they charged me: 500 +pesos even though i didnt make a single call or sent a text msg. my plan was 250 a month. doble ang hidden fees! @$#%@ i liked my sun line better even if it had poor reception.
