Nagpacheck ako online with neurologist last dec 31 since neg daw both unlikely syphilis and based on my symptoms. Can venerologist check for neurosyphilis?

Also di ba pued ako magtreatment cycle kahit not diahnosed?

Boss, hiv test is only available in a hiv hub or hygine clinic (these caters std/sti/hiv patients). You can go to a tertiary hospitals both govt or private. If gusto mo clinic lang pde sa likea ng 'love yourself'. Dont worry they will not judge you and mayroon din counselor available dun. Hindi din kayo magkakakilala since they will schedule your consult na d nagkakakitaan and coded ang name ng patients. You'll be surprised na majority ng patient ay gays since 96-97% ng hiv ay group nila. But halo ang gender sa std/sti. Better consult this group of people (preferably infectious disease doctors) for that kind of problem since cases of resistant organisms is currently being seen at community level. Baka kc maging recurrent ang problem.

Now for syphillis, madali lang ang identification and test for patient who are suspect of having this. Treatment is generally with a very good cure rate. However, ang neurosyphillis has no gold standard for diagnosis. Mahirap maDiagnose unless may neurologic symptoms like seizure, headache, meningitis. If you have a previous syphillis pde sya magdevelop pero matagal pa and if d naTreat dati or inadequate treatment. Commonly nakikita sya sa immunocompromised patient or elderly na. Kung bata ka pa better check ang hiv status. Usually kc if may std or sti kailangan ma rule out na walang hiv.

Sex is good and I like it. Ang advise ko lang make sure that you are protected. For extra care, you may inspect muna ang labia or lambi ng keps ng thera while doing foreplay. If may amoy na kakaiba, may singaw, kakaiba ang kulay (sobrang red or grayish) or discharge.. Ihinto mo na at malamang STD/STI yan. Pde ka din magtanong kung may health certificate sya from hygine clinic ng LGU. Usually sa QC or pasay may nagIssue from health department ng certificate that they are negative sa hiv, normal urinalysis and fecalysis din ata. Parang i.d. card yun. Its up to you hanggang saan ka magiging cautios sa activity mo basta keep safe.

They can but when it comes to neurosyphilis although vene has the specialty kasi STD yan but I think the findings of a neurologist would suffice. Penicillin G the treatment for neurosyphilis has a wide variety of adverse effects that does not warrant a treatment without diagnosis. Mas better if there is a definite diagnosis than undergoing such treatment. Do you suffer from another CNS symptoms like mood swings? personality changes?

hi...i have a cellulitis case that made my left foot swollen for 2 weeks. i was prescribed to take amoxiclav 625mg 3x a day for 7 days. this reduced the swelling of my foot (10 days) but what happened next is the foot have some itchiness in some areas, reddish, & peeling of skin (now at 21 days) ..pls advise what should be done for this case. whom do see a doctor specializing in this case. thank you.

I want my wife to get pregnant. however, when we make love sometimes konti lang narerelease ko na semen and hindi ganun kabilis mag replenish ng semen ang katawan ko. i need atleast 7 days para makapag release ako ng around 5ml semen. 

kung 1 day rest lang, a drop or wala talaga ako narerelease.. 

after ko masarapan, normal ba na may pain na sa head pag hinawakan kaya bigla na lalambot si junjun? para yun ata yung torture blah blah.

what med do i need to take?

nagstart nako magexercise and take vitC.

then after nun aantayin ko lng maiihi ako ng onti lng ulit... then tska lang ako makakatulog...

How old are you?

I would advise to get checked.

Get a seminalysis, probably a testicular ultrasound. Better yet consult a urologist

You're describing symptoms of LUTS or lower urinary tract - urinary Frequency

Possibly an infection. Get checked by an internist or a urologist sir

an infectious doctor says it is a skin fungal & prescribed me with a canesten cream but still no improvements for a week treatment...aside from that, an internist advised me to have a AV duplex scan on both foot for possible venous insufficintcies that i am going to undertake tomorrow....scaly skin is slowly spreading..needs help...thanks
